We are currently seeking a Senior Analyst who shares our passion for helping our clients build exceptional companies. Senior Analysts are thought-leaders who provide support and guidance to a variety of personnel including other analysts, middle-and upper-management within our client companies, and internally within AG. They will lead client and internal teams to drive projects from start to completion and serve as our primary liaison to our clients over the course of an engagement.
Ideal candidates have a strong background in accounting and finance, including reporting of key financial metrics and a foundational understanding of GAAP. In addition, many projects touch almost every aspect of a company’s operations, including corporate strategy, IT, marketing, sales, operations, and human resources. Candidates are logical, creative, process-driven autonomous specialists responsible for the design and implementation of key systems and processes that founders and leadership teams will rely upon to run their companies. Senior analysts may also support internal firm initiatives including marketing, business development, and preparation of materials for client proposals and presentations.
