Available Position :

  • Provides administrative support in a team environment. 
  • Interact cross-functionally with employees, vendors and leadership team in US.
  • Ensure a high level of service and accuracy in answering questions for employees and vendors.
  • Effectively organize and maintain the business environment for the managers.
  • Handle multiple tasks while being flexible as priorities and focus can change rapidly.
  • Preparing & collating reports and emails, maintaining schedules and arranging appointments for leadership team, and managing databases and Excel sheets.
  • Vendor and Partner management.
  • Responsible for participation in general administrative duties (copying, filing, archiving), ad-hoc projects, organizing group events etc.
  • Orders supplies and keeps inventory well-stocked.
  • Coordinates domestic and international travel arrangements.
  • Processes expense reports.
  • Procurement of computer hardware & software.
  • Coordinate setup of computer for new team members.
  • Establish & optimize internal processes.
  • Flexibility in work timings to effectively support & assist the team members. 
  • Maintains understanding of firm policies and handles certain issues independently.
  • Research for business partnership development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma is required, Accounting background is a plus
  • Prior experience of working with multinational company would be an added advantage.
  • Self-motived with strong work ethic.
  • Proactive approach to accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Dynamic and extrovert in nature, capable of good networking skills.
