We are currently seeking a Manager who shares our passion for helping our clients build exceptional companies. AG Managers are leaders who partner with our client’s boards, investors, CEOs, and leadership teams. In addition, they mentor and guide a variety of global personnel at AG. AG Managers lead and oversee client and internal teams to drive projects from start to completion while tracking to tangible milestones and benchmarks.
Ideal candidates have a strong background in accounting and finance and have demonstrated a track record of managing teams and projects effectively. Managers are responsible for overseeing staff who execute a wide range of technical financial processes, from transactional accounting and cash flow forecasting to board-level reporting and revenue and expense budgeting. While they are well-versed in finance and accounting, they will also be required to interact with almost every aspect of a company’s operations, including corporate strategy, IT, marketing, sales, operations, and human resources. They are logical, creative, process-driven, autonomous specialists responsible for the design, integration, and implementation of key systems and processes that CEOs and leadership teams will rely upon to run their companies. Managers also give frequent feedback to both team members and clients and must lean into and navigate tough conversations in an effective, tactful manner.
