Job Responsibilities:
- Manage HR related activities including employee relations, benefits, performance management, and compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Foster positive employee relations by addressing and resolving employee issues and concerns
- Maintain employee records, including attendance & performance evaluations
- Implement policies and procedures related to employee conduct and discipline
- Manage the performance review process and provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees
- Manage Onboarding/Offboarding processes
- Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize employees with the organization’s policies and procedures.
- Train, mentor and supervise team members
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Organize learning and development programs
- Conduct/arrange compliance trainings
- Coordinate team building activities
Requirements for Successful Candidate:
- Master’s degree in human resources or related field
- 15+ years of experience in HR or related field
- Managed team having 5+ team members
- Self-motivated with strong work ethic
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Understanding of employment/labor laws
- Good knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus
- Proactive approach to accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Leadership and team management skills
- Aptitude for problem-solving
- Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
- Additional HR & SME training/certifications
