Available Position:

We are currently seeking a Client Success Manager who shares our passion for helping our clients build exceptional companies and helping our team execute to achieve desired results. AG Client Success Managers are leaders who partner with our delivery teams and key stakeholders at our clients. They manage a set of internal metrics to drive AG’s success, including but not limited to: gross margin, contract renewals, utilization & realization, etc. In addition, they mentor and guide a variety of global personnel at AG. AG Client Success Managers lead and oversee client and internal teams to drive projects from start to completion while tracking to tangible milestones and benchmarks and providing strategic oversight.

Project & Responsibilities Include:

  • Analyzing, developing, and working with client teams to implement financial and operational infrastructure for clients, which are typically high-growth and fast-paced organizations
  • Ensuring client financial reporting is in accordance with GAAP
  • Managing and executing project work deliverables, including qualitative and quantitative tasks and analytics to accelerate revenue growth and profitability for clients
  • Directing and overseeing client teams on projects to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met in a timely and thorough manner
  • Developing and mentoring AG team members across technical, communication, and organizational skills-sets
  • Providing real-time feedback to project teams and clients on a routine basis
  • Managing client relationships and being a brand ambassador for Accelerated Growth

Ideal candidates have a strong background in accounting and finance and have demonstrated a track record of managing teams and projects effectively. Client Success Managers are responsible for overseeing a portfolio of clients and driving key metrics, such as contract renewals, effective rates and gross margin, etc. They are a resource to the team for strategic direction and guidance as well as technical support and identification for areas for process improvement. Client Success Managers contribute to AG’s Portfolio Management team by identifying key issues and crafting proactive solutions. They are forward-thinking, logical, creative, process-driven, autonomous leaders that are not afraid to roll up their sleeves to help the team get the job done. They are able to weigh execution of strategy and being future thinking  with close attention to detail and follow-through on projects. Client Success Managers also give frequent feedback to both team members and clients and must lean into and navigate tough conversations in an effective, tactful manner.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (degrees focusing on accounting or finance preferred)
  • Prior consulting or Big 4 experience where candidate managed numerous engagements/projects at one time is a bonus
  • Familiarity with project management techniques and systems
  • Ability to achieve desired results by holding others accountable and leading teams
  • Strong grasp of foundational accounting and finance reporting best practices required
  • Familiar with GAAP concepts and interpretation of guidance
  • Mastery of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially with discussing technical concepts and distilling them into actionable steps for your team and/or clients
  • Self-starter, creative problem solver, and thrives under limited supervision
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
  • Proven track record of improving financial and operational processes, preferably with growth-stage companies
  • Proven experience in managing client service teams and client relationships
  • Ability to adapt to a changing working environment, pivoting with new priorities, communicating change effectively, and driving alignment in execution with your teams and clients
  • Able to work effectively both in a team environment and independently under tight deadlines and pressure
